Featuring the energy-efficient, high-performance Renesas RISC-V 32-bit core, this series of MCUs is ideal for cost-sensitive and low-power applications. This series of products has 128KB code flash memory, 4KB data flash memory, 16KB SRAM with ECC support, multiple timers and serial connection interfaces, a large number of IOs with output current control, and rich analog functions (12-bit A/D converter, DAC ,Comparators). The device supports 125°C operating temperature and is available in 16 WLCSP, 24, 32 and 48 QFN package options. Renesas offers a complete free development ecosystem, including the e2 studio IDE development environment, code generators, compilation tool chains, flash programming tools and application notes, to help end users develop and deploy this new technology. The MCU is also suitable for other commercial environments such as IAR Embedded Workbench and SEGGER Embedded Studio.
